Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: names of both partners, email address, phone number (optional), country of residence, preferred language, envisaged date and venue, number of guests, guests travelling from abroad, budget, services of interest, a description of your project and how you heard about us.

This data is necessary to study your inquiry and reply to you. The form is protected against automated submissions (hidden field and minimum delay), without setting any cookie.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used only to respond to your inquiry or quote request and, where applicable, to prepare and deliver the agreed service. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and, in the case of a contract, the performance of that contract.

Recipients and tools

• Form submissions are recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet (Google Workspace) accessible only to Amandine, and an email notification is sent to her.
• The conversation then continues by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange. In the case of a service, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived in accordance with legal (accounting and tax) obligations.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website may use Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience. These cookies are only set after your consent, via the banner displayed on your first visit (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The website does not use any advertising cookie.

Videos hosted on Vimeo are only loaded after you click the play button; Vimeo may then set its own cookies ("Do Not Track" mode enabled). Client reviews displayed on the site come from Google and are loaded through the Trustindex service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. The tools we use (Google Workspace, OVH) apply security measures in line with industry standards.
