Not every wedding needs the same level of planning support. Some couples want us involved from the very first idea to the last guest leaving Sunday morning. Others have already made most of the decisions and simply need a professional wedding planner to run the day itself with them.

This is why we offer two distinct planning formats for international couples getting married in Alsace. Each one is designed for a specific type of project. The Signature Weekend is designed for couples who want their destination wedding to feel like a proper weekend rather than a single day. A full experience for you and your guests, who often travelled long distances to celebrate with you. Three days of moments unfolding at a natural rhythm, each one anticipated and orchestrated in advance.

Our presence begins on Friday with the full setup of the venue and the coordination of your welcome dinner. It continues through Saturday, from early morning to the last notes of the evening. It extends into Sunday with the farewell brunch and the complete breakdown of the venue. Three days during which you have nothing to manage, nothing to worry about, nothing to carry.

What is included in the Signature Weekend

The Elegance Day is our core planning format. It is designed for international couples who want a wedding planner by their side from the very beginning of the planning process to the last moment of their wedding day, but do not need the full weekend of celebrations.

Our presence on the wedding day itself begins one hour before the ceremony and extends through the end of dessert service. Everything else in the planning process is carried with the same method and the same standard as the Signature Weekend.

Rental or purchase of decoration items remains the couple's direct expense. The design, coordination with suppliers, setup and breakdown are fully handled on our end.

Beyond wedding planning, we design and officiate bespoke ceremonies for international couples getting married in Alsace. Amandine has been writing and officiating ceremonies for over ten years. Every ceremony is entirely custom-written after in-depth conversations with the couple and carried on the day itself by the same person who wrote it.

For international couples this service has a specific value. A civil marriage in France requires a French mayor to officiate in French. A separate symbolic ceremony in English gives you a moment that speaks to you and to your guests in your own language, reflects your own values and celebrates the story of your relationship in a way that feels authentic.

The visual signature of your wedding in Alsace.

The visual side of a wedding is not decoration. It is scenography. Every space has its own function, its own moment, its own atmosphere, and each one must be composed with intention. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour, from the dinner to the dance floor, we build the visual identity of your wedding around the story you want to tell.

For international couples getting married in Alsace we adapt the visual language of the wedding to the setting. A vineyard estate does not call for the same scenography as a private château. A summer wedding on a terrace overlooking the vineyards does not call for the same lighting as a winter wedding in a historic manor. We work with local florists and specialists whose reputation and craft we know personally.

A detailed retro-planning that maps every stage of your preparation. A carefully curated selection of suppliers in Alsace we have been working with for years. Precise coordination on the wedding day, carried out with discretion.

Our work as wedding planners in Alsace consists of carrying the mechanics of your wedding so you do not have to. Anticipating decisions rather than reacting to them. Managing unforeseen situations before they become visible. Watching over every detail without ever making ourselves the focus.

We only take on a limited number of weddings each year, precisely so we can be present, available and genuinely invested in every single project.

All across Alsace and beyond.

Based in Hagenbach in the Haut-Rhin department, we plan weddings across the entire Alsace region. From Strasbourg to Colmar to Mulhouse, along the Alsace Wine Route, through the vineyards, the wine estates, the châteaux and the historic venues that make this region so distinctive.

We also plan destination weddings outside Alsace for couples with specific projects in France or internationally. Travel costs and accommodation are integrated into the initial quote.
